The Central Philippine University College of Arts and Sciences, abbreviated as CPU-CAS or CAS, is one of the Colleges of Central Philippine University located in Iloilo City.
The general education program of the College was accredited by the Association of Christian Schools and Colleges Accrediting Agency (ACSC-AA) in 1978. The Social Work Program was accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) in 1986. In 1987 all the academic programs of the College of Arts and Sciences are Level III Accreditation status.
The College of Arts and Sciences is composed of the following departments: Department of Chemistry, Department of Languages, Mass Communication and Humanities, Department of Life Sciences, Department of Mathematics and Physics, Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Department of Social Sciences and Department of Social Work. These departments except mathematics and physics of the College of Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science and Social Work serve the general education programs of all the colleges of the university.

At present, the college offers business undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Advertising, Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Management, Management Accounting, and Real Estate Management. College of Education was granted Government Recognition of the Philippines for the Education Courses specifically Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE) degree on March 16, 1948 and on May 15, 1955 for the four-year collegiate course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education by virtue of Act 2706 as amended by Commonwealth Act and Republic Act no. 76. The College of Education now is composed of 42 faculty members, 28 of them are full-time and 14 are on part-time basis. Most of them are masters degree holder and doctoral degree holders but some are on the process of writing their dissertation. Most of them are highly qualified and are teaching in their areas of specialization.
The College of Education has a Review Center for Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET) before but now it is under the CPU Review Center.

The CPU-AREC was formerly known as CPU-ANEC (Affiliated Non-Conventional Energy Center).
It is headed by Engr. Jeriel G. Militar as project manager.
The center covers the islands of Panay and Guimaras. Its main objective is to introduce, transfer, and encourage the use of technically and economically viable renewable energy systems throughout its area of coverage. CPU-AREC was established in December 1989 and is under the umbrella of the College of Engineering. It is jointly funded by Department of Energy and CPU.
Diamond Jubilee
The College of Engineering will be celebrating its Diamond Jubilee, 75 years after its foundation (1936). The festivities are scheduled on August 22-27, 2011, a week before the CPU University Day.

Teatro Enhinyero
Teatro Enhinyero is a yearly event usually held before pre-final exams. During this event the engineering students get to showcase humor and unconventional talent.
