Brian Christopher Poe (born November 20, 1969) is an American businessman. He is the founder and former CEO for Corrisoft, LLC and Deleo Holdings, and founder of the indie record label Kyra Fox Records.
Early life
Poe was born in Maysville, Kentucky and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. Poe graduated from Lafayette High School and enlisted in the United States Navy and served during the first Gulf War. After four years of service he was medically processed out of the military with an honorable discharge due to active duty injuries. Following this he attended Transylvania University.
Career
Poe was in construction while he attended college. Later Poe realized that more than 81 million Americans have a criminal record, and even once they are reformed, are unable to find work because very few employers will hire ex-offenders. He researched the topic of pardons and expungements and collated the many variations in law in individual states and counties, which led him to post online The Guide to Expungements and Pardons.
Afterwards Poe started EAS Technologies, a division of Deleo Worldwide, and the website clearmyrecord.com. Poe hired attorneys and software developers to automate the process for each and every county in the United States.
In November 2008, EAS Technologies re-launched ClearMYRecord.com with a new automated form filling service. This allows the customer to qualify themselves, determine the form of relief for which they are eligible and then fill out and print the forms from their computer. It was built utilizing the CakePHP framework and EAS Technologies employee Jim Lerza was invited to speak on it at CakeFest, a 3-day event about the framework software.
The company eventually collapsed and Poe started Hard2Hire, a free service for job seekers, helping ex-offenders to overcome their employment barriers and have an equal chance at obtaining gainful employment.
Poe moved on to founding Corrisoft, a company that develops software for monitoring and assisting parolees. Poe left the company in January 2014.
In the media
On December 10, 2008, Poe appeared on Fox Business Network discussing the pardoning of white collar criminals. In particular he discussed the differences between a pardon and commutation, along with the cases of Conrad Black, Bernard Ebbers, and Michael Milken.

The Burning on Forte Itaipu Sentinels UFO Incident took place on November 4, 1957, on the Itaipu Fort, in the city of Praia Grande, São Paulo, Brazil.
The incident
At 2:00am, two sentinels of the fort noticed an intense brightness in the sky, described by the them as a 30-meter wide circular UFO, descending at high speed towards the fort. At about 300 m (1000 feet) above the fort, it stopped.
The UFO then started to emit a strong humming, and an intense heat wave hit the sentinels, even though there wasn't any visible flame or light. The sentinels were overcome and their clothes caught fire. Both were armed with sub machine guns, but they didn't shoot the UFO, nor did they raise the alarm. One of them fainted; the other took cover under a cannon. Their screams alerted the other troops, and the power went out. The fort's entire electrical service was affected: the lights, the electronics which controlled the gun turrets and elevators, and the communications system. The emergency circuits were switched on, but they failed as well.
A minute later, the lights and power came back on and the heat wave ceased. The soldiers ran to their stations, and some were able to see the UFO climbing vertically and then moving away from the fort at a rapid rate.
In 2008, a document reporting the incident was written at the Brazilian Embassy in the United States.
