Equine Positional Release is a non-manipulative bodywork for the horse and rider. It is based on comfortable positioning, assessing the horse's conformation and movement with a view to improving the structural balance and health of the horse. It is an adaptation of ortho-bionomy(R)specifically for to work with the horse and rider. Equine positional release is a holistic and therapeutic approach, taking into consideration the horse's gait, movement patterns and gestures. This is done on the ground with the horse being lead and under saddle as the horse is ridden.

Positional release techniques stem from the practice of osteopathy and work directly with nervous system reflexes called proprioceptors. These are found in muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints and relate to movement, body position and balance. When a horse is moved from a painful position into a more comfortable position, tight and contracted muscles relax and return to normal tone. Normal muscle tone allows the joint to go back into alignment. Global movements work with larger structures: the limbs, head, neck, shoulders, back, abdomen and pelvis. The limbs are used as levers to assess movement patterns, the range of motion in the area and to create the physical positioning for technique. Local movements work with specific bony structures: muscles, joints and tendons. These movements are sued in assessing pain, function and range of motion. The neck, legs, knees, fetlock, hooves and ribs are examples of areas which can be assessed and worked with using local moves.

Biffole is a term used amongst two friends whom have surpassed the regular term known as bffl or pronounced, .

Biffole's generally imagine quite strange things, and keep one another awake until very late hours in AIM conversations, usually kept interesting by vast amounts of typo's and strange scene's caused by such conversations. also shared by biffole's is a joint love for a specific thing, such as a certain hobby, or favorite thing, whether it be a hero, or a tv show, or even something as simple as musical genre or band.

Biffole's do not necessarilly have to see one another everyday either, they simply need to know they are true "Biffole's". The term should not be used loosely, as the words best--friend are. Biffole's are two friends whom fully trust one another and know that all information can be easilly shared amongst the two. Biffole is derived from the family of terms associated with bffl, such as bff, bffl, bfaaf, etc. Though biffole does essentially mean the same as these few terms, it goes slightly beyond, due to it actually meaning a bond off friendship between the two that neither expects to ever falter or weaken.

Biffole's also correct one another comedically, whether in written AIM conversations, in spoken word, or even unspoken word and in actions. Biffole's also spot potential inside jokes quite easilly, and are bound to never forget them once they find them.

History

The term became popular around the early summer late spring of 2006, but rumored to have existed un-named as early as January of 2006. the word didn't become common and popular until recently where the word became more publicly used and accepted.

Sugar-Core is one of the many so called cores related to the underground "punk" scene.

These 'cores' include hardcore, metalcore, skacore, emocore, funkcore, queercore, streetcore, and many others too numerous to name.

It is characterized by usually high pitched guitar riffs, piano playing, ska like instrumentals, and singing of happy and funny lyrics, and is meant to make the listener enthusiastic, which is what separates it from the other cores, which often are empathic and depressing. In the rare cases it is of serious nature it is sarcastic, such as the timeless classic I'm On Crack by the Dickies. Some popular Sugar-Core bands include The Dickies, The Ramones, Chewy And The Wrappers, Mr Mac And The P.C's, and Nerf Herder.

History Of Sugar Core

Sugar-Core was very popular with the mainstream radio in the late '70's, with bands such as The Ramones achieving extremely large amounts of success, and The Dickies following them. It all but died out in the '80's, and without the exceptional saving effort of bands such as Ginger Or Bust and Chewy And The Wrappers it would have completely disappeared. In the late '90s Sugar-Core saw an extremely large explosion in popularity in the underground with such bands as Mr. Mac And The P.C's and Nerf Herder.

It survives to this day with the efforts of Standoff and Bum Ruckus.
