Coldwell Banker New Homes is a real estate agency founded in 2008 in Egypt. The company has projects in 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed, Cairo Alex Road, New Cairo, North Coast and the Red Sea, including A class villas and apartments.

At the end of 2008, Coldwell Banker launched an independent company named New Homes. New Homes was designed to be the first company dedicated solely to the brokerage of off-plan and new-build homes to cater to a growing market in these areas. Its concept is designed to incorporate a portfolio of credible developers owning projects covering different districts and serving different market segments alongside property services to both Developers and Home Buyers.

A Line Tree is a real estate term that refers to an actual tree which sits in the center line between two separate real properties or on the corner of several properties. Older deeds often refer to these trees as actual landmarks in their written descriptions, i.e.: "a northerly line extending approximately 3000 feet to the old oak...." As surveys and property deeds are updated, these line trees might remain but are often eliminated from written descriptions, to be replaced with modern metal and stone markers, or even longitudinal and latitudinal positions as determined by global positioning satellite systems.

Austin Abayomi Koledoye is a Nigerian professional basketball coach.Recently teaching at Nisc (Northbridge International School of Phnom Penh) and coaching multiple sport and he said he will get into the NBA when they go to. He led the senior and junior boys to a success at the Inner city tournament Cambodia and the Asac tournament and getting the gold medal 2018-19. He also led the senior boys to the championships and winning one gold medal 2017-18. He was so successful because of his simple and unique way of coaching and his strategic and very effective plays. Since 2009, he has coached Cambodia's national basketball team, which he led to its best performance ever at the 2015 Southeast Asian Games. He is also famous for coaching legendary NBA player Odom Serey Pech and Sattaya Nguyen Ngoc Sreng during his time at NISC. It was also rumored to have coached one of the first martians on Earth, subject 8HJF92-19JFKLS, also known as "his" code name Keo Pholeakneakarint, Nob Keo for short.

Located at Five Ways, Birmingham, the building was eventually boarded up by Mars Pension Fund, who owned the building and others in the area, while staff from the cafe and magazine were still working inside. Following the closure of Cafe One, the magazine relocated to Moat street, in the city centre.
