Wings of Time is a Flight Simulator/Shooter being produced by small time developers Gurgeshtu Interactive.
Tagline: One Timeline, One Nemesis, Dozens of Batlles!
Plotline: Ace Pilot Tony Stolero, a Pilot flying for Regia Auronautica operating over India. He is engaged and shot down by a Hindustan Jianjiji-7 fighter jet. He manages to eject and lands in an abandoned secret weapon facility where he encounters a time machine. He goes back in time to meet up with aviation legend Howard Hughes. Stolero and Hughes travel forward in time and mount attacks on Hindustan Aviation facilities in an attempt to alter the timeline and prevent himself from being shot down while at the same time terminating the Indian threat with extreme prejudice.
Gameplay: The majority of Wings of Time's gameplay is air combat. The game features arcade like air combat similar to that of the Ace Combat series. Players will engage in epic battles with the inferior aircraft of the Indian Airforce and plan air raids on various Indian facilities. At the Beginning of each mission players will choose from a variety of modern day and WWII era fighters for Tony Stolero and Howard Hughes to fly. During flight the player can issue orders to Hughes such as "Cover me" or "Engage that Enemy". Many of the air combat missions revolve around cestroying Inian air forces and bombing Hindustan factories. The missions that take place on foot consist of Stolero and Hughes infiltrating Indian Military buildings and assassinating Indian Generals.
Multiplayer: Multiplayer will feature three modes for online play: Deathmatch, Airstrip Defense, and Capture the Turban and will make use of Xbox Live.
Release: As stated by several Indian magazines, the game will be released on both Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii on 1/6/09, and a Playstation 3 version is planned for 1/22/09.
