Biografia
Mezahir Niftiyev was born in the Masallı district of Azerbaijan during the summer. His childhood was challenging and marked by many difficulties. In 1981, he graduated from charxirli secondary schoolin the Masallı district. In 1986,he granduated from the Baku Maritime School which is now known as the Azerbaijan State Marine Academy.
