Stephen Jacob Omoregie was born in Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria, and is from Igbanke, Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State.
He attended Ottah Primary School, Ottah Igbanke, Edo State, for his primary education and later attended Mind Builders College, Abudu, Edo State, for his secondary education.
