Zuraidah Alman is a Canadian news anchor and reporter for CTV Toronto News. She is also a substitute anchor for CTV News Channel. Recently a co-anchor of the Morning News on Global Ontario, it was announced that she was no longer with the company as of July 21, 2008. She was previously a weekend anchor for CP24 since 2004 and also appeared on Global Ontario between 2002 and 2004 where she worked as a weather anchor as well as doing general reporting assisgnments. Zuraidah was also a weather reporter on The Weather Network between 1999 and 2002. She graduated from Ryerson University with a journalism degree and from York University in 1993, with a political science degree.
