Yolanthe Sneijder Cabau, born on 19 March 1985 on the island Ibiza, (Spain) is a Spanish-Dutch soap actress, presenter, and model. Biography In 2006, 2007 and 2009, Cabau was voted the "sexiest babe of the year" by the Dutch FHM. She works for national television station BNN, which focuses on teenage and young adult audiences. Since the summer of 2009, she has been in a relationship with Dutch footballer Wesley Sneijder. The couple married on 17 July 2010 in Tuscany, Italy. Following their marriage, they both changed their last name to Sneijder Cabau
