Yogaball

Yogaball is similar to volleyball but with three crucial differences: (1) it is played with a giant rubber exercise ball (a yoga ball), (2) the ball is allowed to bounce between once hits, and (3) each person on the team is allowed to touch the ball once. It is usually played with a badminton net or on a sand volleyball court.
Yogaball: The Basics
It's important to reiterate that although the ball can bounce once between hits, each person on the team can only touch the ball once, however each team member does not have to touch the ball. Any body-part may be used to keep the ball in play. This includes purposeful hits and times when the ball painfully bounces off your face. Bounces between hits can occur on any surface, excluding another player, but only one bounce may occur between each hit. So in a four-on-four game, we could conceivably see the following sequence of play when a team receives the ball:

Bounce on ground, hit by Player 1, bounce off of fence, kick by Player 2, head-butt by Player 3, bounce on picnic table, hit over the net by Player 4.

Underhand, overhand and and bounce serves are all legal. If a serve touches the net but makes it over, the server must reserve. If a serve fails to make it over the net, the serve passes to the other team. Teams may score only on their serve, unless rally scoring is adopted by popular consensus.
Like in volleyball, the first team to reach a set number of points wins. What this number is varies from game to game. Playing to 13 is relatively standard. A team must win by at least two points.
