Yasper

Yasper is a Petri net editor and simulator created at TU Eindhoven, with help from Deloitte.

It was written for .NET using the Windows Forms user interface library, and runs on Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Yasper is completely free to use, but the source code is not publicly available.
