Xovos

Caleb XoVos (born July 7, 1985) is an American singer-songwriter, also known as XoVos. His journey into music began when he enrolled in Computer Systems Engineering/Theatre at Arizona State University. Plagued by the rising costs of tuition, lack of true passion for both degrees, and utter disgust for the fake people he was surrounded by, Caleb chose to drop out of school and begin a new life in Orlando, FL.
In Orlando, Caleb found work in IT at Encryption Records Management, as well as entertainment at Universal Orlando. Still searching for a true meaning to his existence, Caleb turned to music and purchased both a basic keyboard and microphone. Caleb began writing his own comical, rhyme-intensive lyrics for popular beats of the time and even started blending basic instruments together, constructing short samples of music. In 2007, Caleb created the identity XoVos. His writing was heavily influenced by Eminem, Nine Inch Nails and later Lady Gaga. As Caleb realized how much he loved involving himself in music, he looked for new ways to start making his own beats. Caleb began producing music in September, 2009 with Ableton Suite.
As time drifted by, events encompassing the true evil in humanity led XoVos into a tormented hell on Earth. In order to deal with the darkness of the pain and anger, XoVos turned to bodybuilding. During this transitional period, his music became darker, his writing became more hateful while simultaneously more meaningful. XoVos found a passion in music like no other form of occupation throughout his entire life, and the raw feelings of all emotions are being poured out into an album, entitled Xalted.
In 2010, XoVos composed, edited, filmed, and wrote a winning video entry for the Global Summit. Global Summit is an organization committed to gathering our world leaders together and ending world hunger, the nuclear arms race, environmental destruction, etc.
In February 2010, XoVos was mentioned in AkaiPro newsletter on the winning submission for their APC40 contest. In May 2010, XoVos had a music video entitled "Red Eye Techno!" aired on Red Eye (Fox News Channel)
Music
