Wilfred Schoenfeld , is a fictional character in The Beastly Hun, the third episode of the fourth series of the period drama Upstairs, Downstairs, being a naturalised British subject of German ancestry. He is portrayed by Keith Jayne. He is the son of Bellamy's local baker, Albert Schoenfeld, a second-generation British citizen. He comes round and seeks refuge in the Servants' Hall, with his father and mother. Their house has been attacked and vandalised because of their German surname. But Hudson and Mr Bellamy say that they may stay the night, but must go to the police first thing in the morning. However, his mother Maria Schoenfeld, aware of Hudson's feeling towards them, insists they go that evening. Footnotes <references/> |
