* Wikisara is a website whose aim is to study the European road network.
* The site looks like as its appearance takes the form of a wiki. However, its content is not licensed under the GFDL.

* Wikisara lists in details the main roads in France and Belgium and it specifically examines the following aspects:
** Road history: from the Roman times to the Modern times, with an emphasis on the creation of the actual network.
** Detailed itineraries of the main roads: , , . This includes a description of the road, its milestones and its history.
** Wikisara also proposes a review of the other transportations means and in particular the railways.

* It is permanently updated by both amateurs and professionnals in order to take into account the main events that occur on the French and Belgian networks.

* In 2007, Wikisara was cited as a reference in a French well-known road magazine and on various websites.
