Wikimediation

Wikimediaton is a collaborative website whose development is co-funded by the European Commission, Mediators Associates® (French organization on mediation training and information, led by Jean-Louis Lascoux), and the Professional Chamber of Mediation and Negotiation. The particularity of this collaborative wiki is to ensure the quality of information through the identification of sources: only professional mediators, properly identified, are allowed to make their contributions. However, access to information is free for all. History Initially created as a pedagogical tool for the mediator-trainees aiming to obtain the Certificate of Professional Mediator, the Wikimediation became an international platform, officially launched on March 20, 2009, during the first scientific meetings of the Conflicts Resolution through mediation. The European Commission has selected Wikimediation among 44 projects and granted a cofunding for all measures aiming the development of this tool.
