this movie is set to air in 2009 as a disney channel original movie
brenda song had to take some time of from her main show The Suite Life On Deck to film the movie
she also has to abandon her webshow Yay Me Starring London Tipton
According to Variety (magazine), Brenda Song and Shin Koyamada will Return to their roles from Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior. Shooting begins in early 2008 and it will be released in mid 2009. The film will be entirely shot in Auckland, New Zealand and will have a new villain since Yan Lo was destroyed by Wendy by the help of Shen.
