Water fluoridation chemical

This page is only about the description and definition of the water fluoridation chemical and not about water fluoridation.
A clear description of the water fluoridation chemical is needed without the distortions and distractions included in the description definition of the water fluoridation practice and program.
Something that may help clear up confusion that may occur here. Fluoride is not the water fluoridation chemical hydrofluosilicic acid is the water fluoridation chemical. The two chemicals are not the same at all and it is misleading and deceptive and fraudulent to say that the two chemicals are the same.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Union describes the water fluoridation chemical as the waste by product of the phosphate fertilizer industry and that the water fluoridation chemical is contaminated with heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury and radioactive particles. See the EPA's description of the water fluoridation chemical.
