EA portal

EA portal or Euro Aquae portal is a portal providing an integrated information source such as news or information about water, environmental and climate change issues, which links between the industry, the academy and the alumni and student's community of Euro Aquae. The portal was initiated by Euro Aquae Students in April 2008 and officially lunched in June 2008.
Besides EA portal, there are two websites managed by people in the Euro Aquae Community. The distinction of EA portal from other existing websites related to Euro Aquae.
Official Website of Euro Aquae or Euro Aquae platform is the official website of Euro Aquae which is maintained by Euro Aquae coordinators mainly for the management and administration for Euro Aquae master program.
EAAA forum is the forum to discuss the issues related to the Euro Aquae master program.
Objective
The main purpose of EA portal is to create a link between the industry, the academy and the alumni and student's community through a continuous exchange of up to date, reliable and relevant information.
# To bring the latest news from the water and environment sector regarding business, industrial and scientific development.
# To promote career development through the portal, by offering a range of water related opportunities and events from several sources.
# To strengthen the existing Alumni (and students) Association EAAA by generation member's cohesion through the portal services.
# To promote the Euro Aquae master course by presenting successfully stories from alumni and students and their association.
# To strengthen and expand the existing club of friends, by creating a more active relationship with the industry
Distinction from other websites
Distinction of EA portal from other two existing website should be following.
* not only for the exchange of information for internal use
* the information should be public concern and benefit
* better organization and easy edition of information using Wiki approach
