VTECRM is an open source CRM software designed for customer-driven companies. It was created to manage the customer or potential as the most important company resource, to reduce wastage of time in the marketing/sales activities and to increase customers loyalty. VTECRM was launched as a fork of vtiger CRM. Features VTECRM manages the following business processes: *Marketing: collecting and classifying names, managing marketing initiatives and campaigns, return on investment; *Sales: management of commercial negotiations, offers and agents (access rules and budget); *Administration: billing and debt collection; *Post-sale management of products and services sold, provision of the service/post-sales support; *Project Management: asset management, resources and project planning; *Supplier Management: purchase invoices and payment authorization. |
