Virginia Good

Virginia Dixon Good (Ginny)
Virginia Dixon Good (Ginny) (Born March 5th 1941) was the second born of three sisters. The youngest of which, Sandra Good was made famous due to her association with the Manson Family. She was born in San Diego, California, the daughter of a stock broker, George F. Good. Both her mother and father were extremely wealthy.
Ginny briefly attended Sarah Lawrence College, before dropping out due to some apparent mental problems. She spent a short time in a mental hospital in La Jolla before moving in with her father in Piedmont. She then moved to San Francisco, where she got an apartment on 45th Avenue, and enrolled in San Francisco State.
Ginny's father left her mother (and her) 2 days before her 5th Christmas. It was devastating for Ginny. She never quite recovered from this, and this was attributed to many of the problems she had as a young adult.
Ginny, as she was called, is known for being the very first hippie. She had several close friends/lovers throughout her life, but primarily was Elliot Felton and Gerard Jones. Gerard is a writer who wrote the book (literally - *) on Ginny. Ginny from the words of Gerard, looked like Julie Christie.
