Virginia Fuller

Virginia Fuller is an American Republican politician from California. She is the Republican candidate for in California's 11th Congressional District. The district is based in California's East Bay and includes Concord and Richmond. She will oppose Democratic Representative George Miller, who is running as the incumbent in the newly-formed district. Fuller received 31.06% of the vote in the June primary election, placing second and advancing to the November general election. In 2008 she ran for Congress in the 7th Congressional District, but lost in the Republican primary. Fuller is a retired nurse and immigrated from the Netherlands in 1976. She became a United States citizen in 2000 and has lived in California for more than three decades. Politically, she is identified with the Tea Party movement.<ref name = "Mart" /> She is pro-life and favors Second Amendment rights and lowering taxes. |
