Villa Dunardi

Villa Dunardi was built in 1964 near George Beach and Cassibile in Sicily. The house has been uninhabited over the years, and it is said that inside seances were conducted, some with demonic invocations. In over 50 years there have been more than 130 sightings of apparitions, poltergeist phenomena, visions of the night, lights on inside the house, and thousands of pictures of orbs.
Criticism
The Italian Center for Paranormal Research has declared that the house is not haunted by any demon, though there is no record of any researcher from their group having entered the house.

Paranormal Activity
Over the years the paranormal activity experienced by the people were different.
The testimonies further argue that there is the presence of some entities that inhabit the house and they just do "by courtesy phenomena" such as: opening doors, turning on lights and small visions.
A small group of people instead says that around 3:20 am the lights upstairs light up for a few seconds.
Among the more recent theories are some sightings of luminous beings, not human creatures and even Alien.
In 1999 a report by a group of couples who had gone to take some photos in that house right over Villa Dunardi argued that there was an alien spaceship.
Not least the poltergeist cases occurred in the period 1982-1986 but attributed to the electric fields in the vicinity.
Ghosts
Villa Dunardi appears to be among the 30 most haunted houses in the world, according to the Italian Research CenterCIR.
