Veronica Grey

Veronica Grey, also known as Fysche, is a Filipino born American actress. Her name Grey is from the British side of her family as she is
Eurasian.

After graduating with a BA in English, Fysche hitchhiked through Europe for two years, generating adventures that would be immortalized in 2 novels,
Tails: Swimming Both Ways (2000)
I Fysche II Fysche Raw Fysche Gold Fysche (2002)
and a coffee table Photo Journal Babes in Thailand (2004).
This was quite an accomplishment to self-publish, at the age of 23 through Xlibris.

The first fan letter for her writing came from Kurt Vonnegut, Jr.

During Fysche’s random adventures Hitchhiking over the course of two years, She was brought serendipitously, without her even Trying, to 5 different Smashing Pumpkins concerts all over Europe. Her first conversation with Billy Corgan was in 1999 at the House of Blues Los Angeles, during the Grammy Afterparty.

Thus an Artistic Friendship Began, with Billy Corgan and Fysche referencing Each Other In Their Works as a Way of Tipping Their Hats off to Each Other in mutual respect and admiration, most notably in Fysche’s Book I Fysche II Fysche Raw Fysche Gold Fysche and Smashing Pumpkins’ 2007 Release Zeitgeist - such as in the song 7 Shades of Black where Corgan teases, "Sister Can't You Spell" as a reference to Fysche's alternative writing style.

They have been rumored to be married but both parties decline to officially comment.
Fysche simply refers people to her reputable Attorney Jeffrey Cowan in Santa Monica, California, who also represents Paris Hilton Enterprises. Paris Hilton is featured on the cover of the Smashing Pumpkins' hit Single Tarantula
where Billy Corgan sings,
“I don’t want to be,
anything believed,
a million watts of Sound can’t compare.”

In the wake of many rock and roll divorces or publicity stunts, it is not surprising that whatever the nature of the relationship between Billy Corgan and Veronica Grey, they wish to keep their special friendship private, as they have since 1999. The only official photos they have released to date is of Veronica Grey and William Corgan, Sr., Billy’s father.

Veronica did travel simultaneously during the Smashing Pumpkins’ first Tour of the Millenium.
Apparently the reason Billy Corgan placed a Star of David on the CD Zeitgeist itself is as an homage to Veronica's nickname, Star of David Cronenberg, because she looks forward to working with Him, her favorite director of all Time.

Other artists who give Kudos to Fysche's unique work include comedian Garry Shandling, world class surfer Keala Kennelly, risque author Irvine Welsh, and superstar DJ Paul Oakenfold.

After Veronica / Fysche self-published her novels, and after nine years “paying her dues as a SAG actress,” she landed her first real lead role in a Film Hey DJ! which was shot in Miami and Ibiza in 2003.

The fates would have a German Publisher Johannes Finke in Ibiza on Holiday in 2003, where he took an interest in Fysche’s work and translated her novel “Tails: Swimming Both Ways” with scribe Ruby Sircar and published it through Lautsprecherverlag Publishing House.

By 2005, Fysche, a Burning Man veteran, wrangled up fellow Burner Dadara, probably the most successful Dutch artist alive today, to do the Illustrations for the German Edition, now titled “Schwimm Doch Einfach Weiter.”

After Hey DJ! Veronica landed the starring role in a Film titled Lost Girls, which was a vampire film, by way of Lost Boys, shot in Chicago in 2005. Some scenes were shot in the Cabaret Metro, thanks to her friendship with owner Joe Shanahan, who launched the Smashing Pumpkins' career.

Aside from working on new books and films,
Fysche became a Reiki Master in 2006 and decided to found a non-profit organization to support the arts – The CREAM Foundation, to further her mission as a healer, artist, and philanthropist.

Fysche most recently founded a non-profit, non-denominational religious 501(c)3 organization called the Eternal Youth Empire or E.Y.E.

In the midst of all this work, Fysche manages to find the time to once in a while delve into the world of music, playing bass and singing for various bands.
