Zoftec LLC dba Veras Retail is an American software company, providing retail software solutions headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Veras Retail supports the existing JDA Solutions and will plan releases of expansions of the software solutions. JDA Win/DSS and JDA Store will become Veras Checkout. JDA CRM will become Veras Reach. Additional software solutions Veras Retail independently developed and markets include Veras Activate (Price/Coupons) and Extend (Mobile). History Rohit Vir in 2008, founded Zoftec as a consulting provider. In 2016 Vir developed the company into an enterprise software company, with Zoftec rebranding as Veras Retail and completing the purchase of the intellectual property for three legacy software solutions from JDA Software including the two Point of Sale Solutions and the Customer Relationship Management. Statistics As of May, 2016, the Point of Sales owned and maintained by Veras Retail operate in 100,000 registers world-wide. |
