Vanessa Fleisch is the current mayor of Peachtree City, Georgia. She is notable for being Peachtree City's first female mayor. Anti Defamation Resolution Controversy Fleisch backed a resolution in 2019 to allow city officials to use public money to sue citizens for "unwarranted public defamation". However, after strong public criticism at a town hall the resolution was discarded, and city council officials did not reveal who originally pushed forward the resolution.
