Valentiger is an American Indie-Rock band from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Biography The band was formed in 2002 originally known as Happy Hour. The band released its first album, Color, in 2003. The band then released their second album, Magnet Heart Conveyor in the winter of 2005. While recording their third album, Power Lines to Electric Times, the band decided it was time to change their name. In 2009 the band changed their name to Valentiger and released their third album, Power Lines to Electric Times. Valentiger has booked nine independent tours spanning twenty-five states and two provinces, and played with acts such as Limbeck, Ben Kweller, Steel Train, The Format, The Whigs, and Collective Soul.
