Victor Ejuvwevwo Arikoro (popularly known as V. E. Arikoro) is the founding archbishop of Pentecostal African Church. He is the first Vice-Chairman of the Ughievwen Christian Ministers Forum. Archbishop Dr. Victor Ejuvwevwo Arikoro (JP) is married with children and lives in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. He founded Pentecostal African Church on 9 May 1990 with its headquarters at 18 Makro Street, Off Ogboru Road, Warri. In 1995, Dr. V. E. Arikoro was one of the speakers that ministered in the first edition of the International Christian Leaders Conference that was formed by Bishop J. I. Eromosele having returned from listening to Myles Munroe in the United States in 1993. In 2003, Arikoro was also one of the speakers to minister in Goddowell Avwomakpa's church. In 2014, Arikoro was among the Christian ministers present at the Ughievwen Prayer Day and Annual Thanksgiving Service that held at Otu-Jeremi in Ughelli-South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. On Sunday 19 October 2014, Reverend Richmond Bebor of Christ Disciples Gospel Mission was quoted as saying that he honours the presence of God in the life of Archbishop Dr. V. E. Arikoro. Fourteen months later, on Saturday 19 December 2015, Warri Times described him as "the man with the sincere milk of the Word" in its profile on Arikoro. According to Pastor Isaiah Ogedegbe, He is a very meek man of God with the sincere milk of the Word. I see this great God's general of Urhoboland as a Moses in our generation, a workman who correctly handles the Word of truth. The mission of his ministry (Pentecostal African Church founded on May 9, 1990) is to run with a vision for soul winning, church planting, missionary work, nurturing and preparing people for the kingdom of God. As one of the most notable Urhobo preachers in the state, his messages center on Christ. He teaches his congregation to be like Christ, to forgive like Christ and not to pray for their enemy's death but for their enemy's repentance. Till this very moment, his teaching ministry is ever growing to the glory of God.
