Founded in 2013, the company publishes its content on digital platforms such as YouTube, Amazon Prime, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Roku, Fire TV, Tubi, etc.

USP DIgital was founded in 2013 by Uday Singh Phoolka and is based in Mumbai, India. Some of their popular series on YouTube include Bob The Train, Farmees, “Little Treehouse”, “Super Supremes” and “Apple and Bananas”. Baby Bao Panda. Kids TV is the their most subscribed YouTube Channel.
In 2017, the company partnered with the toy company Jazwares to develop products based on its popular YouTube characters, such as "Bob the Train".
