The upcoming iPhone, tentatively titled the iPhone 5 (and chronogically the fifth generation iPhone) is due for release in June 2011 as a periodically released mobile smartphone from Apple Inc.. Leaked pictures of the display by various reports have confirmed that the new iPhone will sport a 4-inch display. Its hardware will contain the next-generation ARM Cortex-A9-based A5 processor produced Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), according to industry sources. The iPhone will be completely redesigned and have the next generation A5 processor and Qualcomm chipset that will unify the CDMA / GSM / UMTS radios as confirmed by the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg.
