An untitled drama coming to nighttime teen network The N in 2007 about two runaway girls, described by senior VP of development Amy Friedman as a Thelma & Louise for the younger set. Cabler is looking to break out of series set in high school as its audience trends older. Median age of the channel's viewers is 15. "We've done well with high school. But as our viewers get older, they've told us that we need to get past the hallways and lockers and tackle more provocative issues relevant to their world," Friedman said. "This project will offer a slice of teenagedom in America." |
