UNSW Accommodation

Accommodation for students at UNSW, both undergraduate and postgraduate, is available on-Campus through both Colleges and Apartments.
UNSW Colleges are fully catered residential colleges (also called university colleges), however, The College of Fine Arts (COFA) is not a residential college, but rather is the creative arts faculty of the University of New South Wales.
UNSW Apartments are self-catering accommodation.

List of Apartments
*UNSW Student Apartments:Accommodation Services manages the modern, fully furnished, on and off campus UNSW Student Apartments. The units are aimed at independent living for undergraduates and postgraduates including couples and families with children.
*UNSW New College Village is located on lower campus at Anzac Parade, provides modern, secure, fully furnished accommodation for postgraduates and selected undergraduates.
*UniLodge is a modern, fully furnished accommodation close to campus designed to provide a secure and comfortable living environment for 230 UNSW students.
*UNSW Village provides students with a range of fully furnished, stylish and contemporary apartments, conveniently located on campus. The Village offers a comprehensive Residential Life Program, which supports students during their time at University to Live, Learn and Grow.
