Employer Brand Research
Universum conducts surveys on an annual basis around the world asking graduates, MBA students, and working professionals about their career and employer preferences. They are known for their ideal employer rankings that reveal which companies or organization are perceived as being attractive employers amongst different target groups. Their rankings and findings from their annual surveys feature in prominent media such as BusinessWeek, The Times newspaper, WirtschaftsWoche, The Financial Time, The Independent, etc. The various ideal employer rankings can also be found on their corporate web site.
The company launched for the first time a global ranking of the world's top 50 most attractive employers. According to the Financial Time, they "asked almost 120,000 students in 11 of the world’s leading economies to select their ideal employer from a list of up to 150 organisations". The results are presented in two rankings, reflecting responses from business students and engineering students.
