Insomnia is the perception of not being able to fall asleep. most of this can be helped, or prevented. There are endless amounts of causes of Insomnia, and as long as you know what not to do, or how to aid it, then you will no longer have a hard time falling asleep. for example Expecting to have difficulty sleeping and worrying about it, Ingesting excessive amounts of caffeine, Drinking alcohol before bedtime, Smoking cigarettes before bedtime, Excessive napping in the afternoon or evening, Irregular or continually disrupted sleep/wake schedules. are all causes of insomnia, however if you dont worry about falling asleep, stay away from caffeine, alcohol, and cut own on your afternoon naps, sleeping should be much simpler.
if this is not working for you, you are not out of luck just et. there are plenty of relaxation therapy techniques that you can try. This will aid in relaxing your heart, mind, and muscles. The most common techniques are either meditating, which you can do anywhere you might be. the other main technique is a breathing technique which invlolves taking long slow breathes in and out to slow down your heart beat, get you more oqygen to your body, and to relax you as much as possible.
