Unblu is a Swiss software company that develops digital customer interaction solutions for financial organizations.
Overview
Unblu was founded in 2008 by Luc Haldimann in Basel, Switzerland. He currently serves as Co-CEO alongside Jens Rabe.
The platform initially provided a co-browsing tool that allowed customer service agents to collaborate in real time with clients on web interfaces. The company later expanded its platform to include messaging, voice and video communication, and AI features.
In 2020, Unblu was listed by Gartner as a representative vendor in digital customer service technologies.
In 2022, Swiss Post acquired Unblu. The company operates as an independent entity within Swiss Post’s Digital Services Group.
In 2023, Unblu acquired Adiacom, a Swiss software company. The acquisition introduced additional tools, including a virtual advisory platform called Unblu Branch.
In 2024, Unblu was named one of the most important vendors in the Digital Client Interaction Solutions category by Forrester.
Unblu maintains partnerships with IBM, Temenos, Avaloq, and Q2, among others.
