Rev. Surv. Ugochukwu Obiora Chime, (FNIS; born October 1st) is a Nigerian real estate developer, surveyor, and entrepreneur. He is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Office<nowiki/>r of COPEN Group, a conglomerate specializing in real estate development, construction, consultancy, facility management, geo-information, and surveying. Under his leadership, COPEN Group has delivered over 2,000 homes, significantly contributing to the housing sector in Nigeria. Career Chime has had a career spanning over four decades in surveying, real estate development, and management. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (FNIS) and has held various leadership roles, including: * He was the former National President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN). * President of the Enugu State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (ECCIMA). * Former Chairman of the Enugu Housing Development Corporation.
