Twenty20 Construction Cloud "Twenty20" is a software solution for construction companies and contractors that is designed to consolidate the software programs that contractors require to manage their businesses and projects. Twenty20 Construction Cloud is made by Hindsight Technologies LLC based in Queen Creek, Arizona and was developed in 2015. Twenty20 provides a complete construction management solution for contractors making it easy for them to collaborate, manage and share their projects, organize and track important documents, analyze financial reports, track Human resources and equipment all in a simple to use interface.
Software
Twenty20 is a web based solution that includes applications to more effectively manage construction companies. There are different applications that work together to tie the different departments of a contractor together to streamline operations to improve efficiencies and reduce errors and duplicate data entry. Twenty20 applications include:
Accounting and Finance
With Accounting and Finance you can manage specifics such as General Ledger, Journals and Sub ledgers, Financial Reports, with dashboards that make it easy to do daily tasks such as entering in invoices, reconciling accounts and getting a quick glance and charts and graphs.
Project Management
Twenty20 helps to track, organize and reduce the risk that is there when working on a construction project. Project management features include collaborative forms such as Submittals and RFIs, tracking meeting minutes, daily field reports, punch list tasks and responsibility, and managing project budgets and committed costs. All features are available from any device, anywhere there is an internet connection which makes it easy for project managers to enter information as it is happening and keep projects up to date.
Committed Costs and Change Orders
Keeping track of the potential change orders and how those affect contracts with owners and subcontractors.
Human Resource Management
Keep track of employees, there certifications, compliance and other necessary HR details and processes such as recruiting, job posting and performance reviews.
History
Founder and President Brant Wadsworth developed the Twenty20 Construction Cloud after having worked as a Sage Software reseller for over 10 years.
He was fed up with the lack of technology that was available for contractors, and wanted to develop a solution that would eliminate the need that contractors have for multiple software programs to manage their businesses. The most recognized construction software solutions were so expensive that the smaller contractors would no be able to afford them. Brant wanted to provide best-of-class solutions for contractors of all sizes at affordable prices that were easy enough for the most unsophisticated user.
