TV Ball

TV Ball is a variation and fusion of the sports, tennis and volleyball. TV Ball is an abbreviation for, Tennis Volleyball, which are the two sports that were utilized to create this game. The sport at a glance will seem like, just volleyball with a bounce, however it is slightly more complicated then this.
History
The sport started when neighbors, Jason Daley and Sage Sierra allegedley trespassed on the Nirenberg's lawn with intent to play volleyball. The duo soon learned that it is near impossible to play one on one volleyball, so they simply played it as "volleyball with a bounce". When neighbor and friend Seth Nirenberg arrived back, he worked out a series of rules that would function as a governing tool while playing "TV Ball". Ryan Lichtman is currently the #1 player in the world with Steve Collins, Sage Sierra and Seth Nirenberg closely behind. Ryan is an all around player with aggressive spiking abilities and great bumping and saving.
Rules
The game is played just as you would volleyball except for a few minor adjustments with roots set in tennis.
1) The ball is allowed to bounce a maximum of two times on your side, and may be hit up to two times in between each hit. This has a net potential of 6 hits per side.
2) A player may hit the ball twice in a row, unlike in volleyball when each player is only allowed to hit the ball once.
3) When this game is played, you must be as loud as possible to aggravate Carol Nirenberg.
Current Play
There is currently a league for playing TV Ball at Monroe Woodbury High School and it is gaining popularity at an exponential rate all over Orange County, NY.
