Tulip Retail is a Canadian enterprise software company that develops products for retailers, focusing on mobile applications for store workers. The company is headquartered in Toronto, Canada with offices in Kitchener, London and New York City. Retailers using Tulip include Mulberry and Kate Spade New York. History Tulip Retail was founded in 2013 by Ali Asaria. It raised approximately $51 million in venture capital growth funding. Tulip's series A round of funding was led by Fung Capital for $8.8 million in March 2016 and its series B round of funding, for $40 million in August 2017, was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. In September 2018, Tulip released a Turnkey Edition intended to be simple to setup rapidly. |
