History

The company was founded in 1995 under the name Autoweb Communications, Inc. NTT America divested the company to Kinderhook Industries in June 2007. The company has expanded its product offerings and geographic presence with acquisitions, acquiring Datranet Ltd in 2005; ProCAEss GmbH, OCS GmbH and its subsidiaries in 2007, Trinary Systems in 2008, Mosaic Software AG in 2009 and NexPrise Inc. in 2011. The company rebranded to the Trubiquity name in 2008 and has incorporated all acquired brands, products and properties under the Trubiquity brand.


Products
