Trossachs is an upscale neighborhood in the outskirts of Sammamish, Washington. Within the neighborhood boundaries there is a school, Cascade Ridge Elementary, for grades kindergarten through fifth grade. Also, there are many parks, soccer fields, and community events that occur in almost every neighborhood. The homes in Trossachs range anywhere from about $800,000 to $1,300,000. The houses have an average square footage of about 3,800 feet. Some houses have about 4,600 square feet of living space depending on which neighborhood is desired.
