Tropics Kickball

Tropics Kickball is a competitive adult organization founded by Jeremy Scates in the Spring of 2007 as a way to bring a group of friends & athletes together in a fun and extremely competitive atmosphere. Over the seasons the Tropics have grown to become a close-nit family that demonstrate passion in everything they do, on & off the field. The Tropics currently play in multiple [http://www.nashvillesportsleagues.com/sports.php?id353&league590§ionstandings&seasonspring Nashville Sports Leagues] , the Wednesday night Competitive League, the COED Thursday Flag Football League (as Tropical Dawgs), & soon Dodgeball. The Tropics continue to reinvent unique ways of branding themselves as a COED adult sports organization. They released the 2010 Ladies of the Tropics calendar to show off some of their best 'assets' and raise money for a local youth football team in need of support & supplies. The Calendar was featured on local radio, TV, & even made the front page of the [http://www.facebook.com/tropicskickball?v=photos#!/photo.php?pid3515731&id153710402098 Tennessean.com]. This proved to be a creative way to show what their slogan, "Kick It Sexy", is all about. The Tropics have used the platform of their athletics to host unique events around Nashville. From paintball, to skydiving, to houseboat excursions, the creative list of Tropical events will not only grow in attendance, but also in the charitable givings that they generate. Tropics Kickball plans to continue to separate & distinguish themselves as finest COED Recreational Sports organization in the country.
