Triangle records was a bootleg recording company. It ran out of business in 1998. Records stocks and corporate office were located in Singapore, while graphic department was located in France. European distribution was located in Russia. There was no proper American distribution. Triangle records catalog was mostly composed of live recordings and b'sides compilations of punk and metal bands. Live sources consisted of soundboard and audience recordings. Today the label survives in spirit by the work of a remasterer living in FRANCE aka Texas Barbudos sharing music for free and worldknown for the high quality of his remastered bootlegs. Most time based on soundboard recording or high quality audience recordings. Artists covered are now more bluesy like ZZ Top, Popa CHUBBY and many more. You can find some records on guitar 101 forums under the label TRIANGLE RECORDS FRANCE. Latest releases are Robert PLANT, Anna CALVI, Roky ERICKSON... Among the artists featured were: Metallica The Offspring Nofx Deftones Korn
