TREDIC’s development pipeline & track record includes residential & commercial development, hotels, student accommodation, affordable housing and master-planned mix use communities as well as resort development. TREDIC has also grown in the fields of multi-faceted infrastructure and data centre design, development & management.
TREDIC also provides advisory services to the hotel real estate, private wealth & finance industries including fund management, capital markets, financial planning, deal structuring, risk mitigation & risk management, due diligence, technical advisory, valuation, portfolio management, sustainability, strategic planning, operator negotiation, selection and exit strategy.
During the key 2008-2011 ecomonic cycle TREDIC went through a major period of restructuring and the business in now sperated along geographical lines under the three principal business divisions of Development, Investment & Advisory.
