Transform Studios is a recording studio which created educational choral part rehearsal recordings for download including major Choral Works such as Gabriel Fauré's Requiem, Vivaldi's Gloria, Handel's Messiah, Brahms's Requiem. The choral parts were played on piano for clarity of the pitch of each choral part note (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) but with a full orchestral accompaniment to allow the individual choral lines be heard in the full orchestral environment rather than in a reduced score setting. Sites such as emusic and iTunes currently carry some of the titles as downloads. The librarys repetoire will be considerably expanded in 2008 with titles such as, Carl Orff's Carmina Burana, Verdi's Requiem, Edward Elgar's Dream of Gerontius and Mozart's Requiem planned for release during that year. The studio was the first independent to offer such a library through the download model of music distribution.
