TradeEzi is an Australian online marketplace company founded in 2012 that offers quotes and price comparisons to consumers for tradesman services. The site has registered more than 50,000 Australian businesses and had $1b worth of jobs posted by consumers.
TradeEzi lists jobs in plumbing, electricity, cleaning, gardening, lighting, home security and other related services. The company verifies companies that want to, giving them a badge to show on the website. This market was once dominated by Yellow Pages, but with the digitalisation of it many startups have appeared, TradeEzi among them, but also Oneflair and GetATradie. The market spends over $1.5bn in adveritising.

History
TradeEzi was founded in 2012, with the launch of TradeEzi.com.au. The company lets consumers specify the house improvement job online and then this job's details are redirected to local tradesman.
When TradeEzi was first launched in 2012 in Australia, it concentrated on plumbing and electrical customers, focusing on online advertising and search engine optimisation.
In 2013 the company launched an iPhone app, followed by an Android version next year.
In 2014 TradeEzi Added the directory listing ability so that tradies could add their profiles in a directory service on a subscription-based model, in which businesses paid to be listed on the site. The same year the company started Radio and TV advertisements.
The next year TradeEzi transferred most of its IT systems to Rackspace Cloud and added a review and recommendation system.
As of 2016 the user database consisted of over 100,000 users and around 50,000 skilled tradesmen. More than 1 billion Australian dollars worth of projects have been posted on the website so far. TradeEzi has 30 workers, 10 of them as a support desk. In 2016, TradeEzi partnered with West Adelaide Football Club and North Sydney Junior Baseball Club.
