Tony John

Tony John is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and a Software engineer by profession. Belonging to India, he is a expert Search Engine Optimizer running over 30 Search engine marketing websites, among which IndiaStudyChannel being his most successful website, with over 200,000 members and 500 registrations everyday and the owner of ISC Technologies and Spider Works Technologies Pvt Ltd. and working experience in Hewlett Packard.
Early life
Tony John was born in a middle class family in Malayattoor, Kerala in January, 1972. Malayattoor is a small village with beautiful lakes and a distinguished scenario. He did his basic and elementary education in Malayattoor itself.
Family
There are not too many members in the family of Tony John. The name of his father was M. M. John and he was initially a business man who later turned as a social worker. There in his place in Kerala, he worked as the Panchayat President for some years and then he also worked as the trusty of Malayattoor-Kurisumudy parish for many years. Mother of Tony, Mrs. Rachael John is a Hindi teacher at a nearby school called St. Thomas High School, Malayattoor, Kerala.
Tony has two sisters and a brother. The first sister, Teena is a plus two teacher, married to Jose Mathew who is in fact, the partner of Tony John in ISC technologies. Also, he is one of the three webmasters of IndiaStudyChannel. The other sister, Tophy is a MCA graduate, currently a homemaker. Timmy John, the brother of Tony is an Engineering Graduate and currently the Finance Manager of IndiaStudyChannel and webmaster of the same.
The wife of Tony, Manju Tony is currently the helper and partner of Tony and plays significant role in handling some of the works of Tony. Tony has currently two sons - Chris and John in which John is the smaller one.
Educational career
Tony John did most of his education including his primary elementary education in Malayattoor, Kerela. Tony studied from Std I to Std IV at St. Maries L.P. School, Malayattoor, Kerala between 1977 - 1981. He studied at St. Thomas H.S., Malayattoor, Kerala and studied from Std V to Std X over the next following five years. He took the Pre Degree from Sree Sankara College, Kalady, Kerala over the next 3 years 1987 - 1989. Over the next three years, he did his B.Sc. Physics from Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha, Kerala.
Next, he did his Bachelors Degree from Kerala University Teacher Education Centre, Alapuzha between 1993 and 1994. And after that he did his MCA from Kongu Engineering College, Erode during 1994 - 1997.
Most of the education he did in Kerala itself, in fact all of it.
Professional career
Tony started his community activities in Chennai (India) by setting up a free .NET training center to help the poor students who had no money to learn the subject. at his rented apartment. Tony John was selected in SRA Systems Ltd.. It was the end of his MCA studies when he attended for the campus selection and got selected in SRA Systems Ltd. He joined the company in December 1996 as a Project Trainee. During the working period with SRA Systems Ltd., Tony also won a chance to work with the sister company called Software Systems & Solutions. He did many projects with them working with the clients.
Next, Tony joined the Digital Globalsoft (Hewlett Packard), Bangalore in March 2003 and the first assignment he got there was leading a team to create a project for Microsoft, USA. After that Tony joined the Omnicell, USA at Houston in August 2004 as a senior software engineer of .NET technologies. Currently he is a Consulting Engineer with Omnicell and he is leading a team of engineers in his Research facility in Houston.
Works Done
Tony John started making Search engine marketing websites from 2007. His one of the first works was IndiaStudyChannel which today is among the only websites which pay the contributors. He also runs websites like BiharSpider, HamaraUP, HimachalSpider, related with different regions in India and all the websites are SEM websites. Moreover, he runs Dotnetspider.com which is an online tutorial to learn .NET. Today, he runs more than 30 websites running on Brinkster. He helped many people over the net to learn .NET and for the same contribution he won the Microsoft MVP award for ASP/ASP.NET Contributions
