Thomas E. Battista born in Indianapolis in 1950 is an accomplished business man in the rock and roll industry, community organizer, business owner and arts advocate. For better than 30 years Mr. Battista has been making his mark on the entertainment industry specializing in the design and construction of unique stages and performance venues. He has worked with every environment conceivable from large scale international concert tours to intimate theater cabaret productions to major sporting events. Throughout his career Tom has worked hand in hand with the top echelon of music entertainment including David Bowie, Kiss, Styx, Parliament Funkadelic, John Mellencamp, Crosby Stills and Nash, Reba McIntyre, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Jimmy Buffett, Lenny Kravitz, and Mariah Carey. His design and production credits include work at The Bottom Line (NYC), The Aristocrat (IND), The Pan American Games (IND), NCAA Final Four (IND), and The Kennedy Center (DC). He has fulfilled positions as diverse as tour production manager, and stage manager, set and stage designer, rigger, and head carpenter.
