The WiLD Morning Show

The WiLD Morning Show

The WiLD Morning Show is a morning radio talk program broadcast in West Palm Beach, Florida on WLDI 95.5 FM. Originally named Kevin & Virginia in the Morning, the WiLD Morning Show joined the WLDI team in May of 1999.

Current members
The WiLD Morning Show consists of three members - Kevin, Virginia and Jason.

Kevin Rolston

Kevin is originally from Logan, Ohio. His wife Kim, is Jewish and Mexican. They have two children - twins, Colin and Caitlin. They are currently expecting another child in June.

Due to the fact that Kevin places emphasis on working out, dying his hair, and matching his eyebrow color to his hair color, Kevin can be termed "high-maintenance" or "metrosexual." He also does numerous radio ads for Ideal Image, a South Florida laser spa, during airtime for the Wild Morning Show. Virginia does these as well, but she is a woman. Kevin has been the butt of several jokes by his co-hosts and listeners for his prissy tendencies.

In contrast to Jason, Kevin is a laid-back, very chill guy and can be termed the "voice of reason" or the "babysitter" to Jason's crazy, kid-brother antics.

Virginia Lang

Virginia grew up in New Orleans, LA. She attended Louisianna State University for several semesters after she graduated high school in 1991. She and her husband, Pete, have a daughter, Magnolia.

She often gives the two men the fresh "woman's perspective" to their discussions and debates, but in general is not as much of a mad talker as Kevin and Jason despite the double billing. She participates in on-air contests and is a very good sport. She has a funny, squeaky Southern voice and laugh, and doesn't take crap from people. She has been known to engage in fisticuffs if provoked or harassed. Virginia has proven herself on-air to be a rebel mom, and an unconventional parent. She has a penchant for tequila.

Jason Pennington

Jason is a graduate of local Palm Beach Gardens High School. Jason's signature phrase is "Bigfoot Is Real," but he often uses the word "gorilla" in several contexts to show how pumped he is about a stunt and that those playing should give it their all. But many have yet to find out that when Jason was younger he actually killed at big foot at the age of 5. He continually insists that Bigfoot, Aliens and other mythical creatures, like Unicorns really do exist. He is, in a word, crazy, and might have a hyperactivity disorder. Jason is usually the first to get excited about on-air contests, the most competitive, and always sounds like he has the most fun even if he loses. He often relishes the punishments inflicted on him because they are so outlandish and insane. He is the lovable idiot goofball of the show and could probably be called the "test rat" of the Wild Morning Show.

He is an avid baseball player and knows all of Palm Beach County either through whichever local games he plays with people or from school.

Jason has attempted and failed numerous attempts to get his name into the Guiness Book of World Records. In protest the WiLD Morning Show has created the South Florida Book of Records, where Jason's stunts and accomplishments are uncontested.

Jason does voiceover ads for McDonalds, especially the Big Mac (surprise, surprise), during air time for the Wild Morning Show.
