The Titifers

The Titifers are a group of birds from the BBC children's programme In the Night Garden. They sing lines individually first, and when they sing together, near the end of the episode, it is time to sleep.
Groups and types
There are 4 small blue Long-tailed Finches, 3 larger pink Hoopoes, 2 green White-cheeked Turacos and 1 Channel-billed Toucan with a huge purple beak.
Main roles
The Titifers play their role in the show as songbirds for bedtime, with other appearances being in books and images on the internet. Along with Iggle Piggle, Upsy Daisy, Maka Paka and the Tomiboos, they first appeared in the episode 'Mama Paka washes faces' being the first of 100 episodes to be broadcast.
International appearnces
The Titifers have also featured in the International broadcasts of In the Night Garden, having their roles the Same as the UK. The only difference between both nations is they have the same language as the UK.
