Ben Clatworthy

Ben Clatworthy, (born October 15, 1992) is a young broadcaster and journalist, and was born in Bristol. Ben attends one of the UK’s leading Independent schools, Clifton College in Bristol. In his spare time he is also a keen skier and races for Britain’s oldest ski club ‘Kandahar’. In 2006 Ben launched his own news programme News 140.
In recent years Ben has appeared on BBC News 24 and BBC One on a programme called YourNews and is also set to be appearing on BBC Points West in the coming months reporting on Disabled Education in Bristol.
Whilst production managing the Clifton College school play in late 2008 Ben appeared alongside James Hanson on 'Bristol Tonight' an evening news radio show broadcast on Original 106 Bristol.
In past years Ben has also written for the Ski Club of Great Britain website about what life is life as a ski racer.
This winter Ben has been writing for a new winter-sports website which is written direct from the mountains by the BBC Skiing Correspondent James Cove
In January 2009 Ben featured in a local publication named The Bristol Nine. The article has now re-printed in the BS8 Direct February 2009 edition.
